Cancellation policy

Freshness & Quality Guarantee All Meat Magick BBQ orders are prepared fresh-to-order. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or below our quality standards, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and we'll make it right.

Missed Deliveries If you're unavailable at delivery time, we'll attempt to leave your order in a safe, shaded location. We are not responsible for orders left unattended for extended periods. Please ensure someone is available to receive perishable items.

Cancellations Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before they have started preparation. If your order has begun preparation, a partial refund may be given at management's discretion.
